Rachel Bolsworth - Deptford Studio Lead

I'm a Scottish-born instructor with a BSc in Human Physiology from the University of Glasgow. After training at the Italia Conti Academy, I pursued a career in entertainment, where I discovered the value of safe, supportive movement. Pilates became the perfect blend of my passions - for movement, the body, and teaching. Since 2018, I’ve worked in boutique studios across London, promoting Pilates as a holistic practice to improve strength, mobility, and mental wellbeing. My classes are dynamic, fun, and designed to target both large and small muscle groups,  all in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Outside the studio, I love countryside walks, travelling, spending time with loved ones, and dancing! :)
