Hi, I’m Mollie (she/her). I trained in all styles of dance from a young age and have always been passionate about movement. I believe exercise should be an inclusive, safe, and positive space where everyone can grow, achieve, and most importantly—have fun!
My classes are all about connecting the mind and body to discover what you’re truly capable of. You’ll leave feeling energised, strong, and proud of yourself.
