FAQs

Reformer Pilates is our bread and butter - low impact, high results. Using the Reformer machine, you’ll build core strength, improve mobility, and get a full-body workout that’s surprisingly addictive. We run four styles:

FOUNDATION, REFORMER, ADVANCED, and POSTNATAL. Each one has its own rhythm, but they all bring serious stretch.

If you’re new to Reformer or new to LevelOut, we recommend starting with at least one FOUNDATION class - but trust us, three is the sweet spot. It’s the best way to get comfy on the machine, learn the basics properly, and set yourself up with good habits. Already got a strong movement background (think yoga, mat Pilates, or dance)? Have a chat with us - we’ll help you figure out the best starting point.

If you’ve already been doing Reformer, you might be able to keep going - but there are a few things to note:

First trimester: If you’re already moving regularly, you can keep it up with care.

Second trimester: Stick with instructors who know your body. FOUNDATION classes are best. ADVANCED classes are off-limits.

Third trimester: Only FOUNDATION classes with instructors you’ve worked with - or book a 1:1 session.

Never done Pilates before? Pregnancy isn’t the time to start. But we’ve got Postnatal sessions waiting for you when you’re ready.
