I come from a dance background and practiced Pilates for many years alongside my training. After experiencing firsthand how powerful Pilates can be for both strengthening and rehabilitation, I decided to take the leap and train as an instructor in 2023. I know how daunting it can feel  walking into an exercise class, so I do my best to create a comfortable, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome—whether it’s your first or fiftieth class. In my sessions, you can expect a strong focus on alignment and posture, with a variety of exercises designed to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
