Jacob

Jacob aim to always deliver a bright, personality filled class that allows clients to get out of their heads, and push themselves further than they have before. Coming from a dance background, he loves finding long lines and combining movements together for maximum effect. Jacob likes to flow all around the reformer as seamlessly as possible to make the most of the session time, and has a special love for unilateral work to iron out any imbalances, and for posture strengthening exercises.
