FOUNDATION

For those new to Reformer Pilates, Foundation will help you nail the Fundamentals. This class is well suited to those who are starting their Pilates journey,  working back from an injury or simply want to focus on form and alignment. Do still expect to be challenged- but at your own pace. We’ve got you! 

You must attend at least 3 Foundation classes before progressing to Signature.

SIGNATURE

Ignite your Reformer Pilates passion! This intermediate class features contemporary, creative sequences that will challenge your strength, coordination, and flow. Enjoy a dynamic session with options to progress or modify exercises to suit your individual needs. Prior Reformer experience is essential. 

Not suitable for Beginners.

INTENSE

A dynamic class with a deep-burn for those who are experienced in Reformer Pilates. Expect to be challenged with strong sequences and dynamic flows. Our intense class will give you more reps, long holds and all the pulses to really take you to the next level. With an upbeat playlist and a supportive instructor, you will leave feeling stronger than ever before. 

Not suitable for beginners, prenatal or those working with injuries.

POSTNATAL

A supportive, smart rebuild for new mums. No ‘bounce back’ chat here - just movement designed to help you feel strong, solid, and at home in your body again. We focus on core recovery, pelvic floor strength, and full-body mobility in a class that meets you at your level. Small groups, expert coaching, and a space where you and your baby are both welcome.

STRENGTH

These full-body strength sessions are all about building solid foundations. You’ll focus on the big lifts that develop real muscle, support joint health, and speed up recovery. Each workout blends heavy compound movements with smart accessory work, finishing off with pulse-raisers and core challenges to seal the deal.

Expect to leave feeling stronger, steadier, and smug in the best way.
