HACKNEY

MOVEMENT THAT WORKS

We keep things simple: expert trainers, small classes, and a workout that actually works. Friendly faces, a little bit of spice, and just enough burn to keep you coming back.

TAKE A MOMENT FOR YOURSELF

Step away from the noise, shake off the stress, and embrace the mental health benefits that come with moving your body. Leave feeling clearer, stronger, and a bit more like yourself.

First time? Most people in the room started exactly where you are.

Expect 50 minutes on the reformer bed, guided through resistance exercises in a small group.
Wear something comfortable.
Grip socks help, not essential.
Arrive 10 minutes early. Doors close on time - no late entry, for safety.
Your instructor guides you through every move.
Leave stronger, and probably smiling.

What's available? Classes for all levels & experience.

Foundation I: Perfect for your first class.
Signature II: Our intermediate class.
Intense III: Our most advanced class.
