As a professionally trained dancer, my love for movement began at a young age. I discovered Pilates as a way to condition my body alongside dance, and it quickly became an important tool to deepen my understanding of anatomy and alignment.
Today, it’s a real privilege to share that knowledge with our amazing community.
As an Aussie, my classes are energetic and dynamic, yet with a focus on control, form, and technique. I motivate clients to move with purpose and intention, creating a strong connection between mind and body. My aim is to foster an open, supportive environment where learning is encouraged - offering both modifications and progressions so everyone can work at a level that feels right for them.
