You’ve got 10 mins to cool down and head out after the last class of the day. Wrap up mindfully so your trainer isn’t stuck on overtime.
There are lockers in our Brixton studio and they’re free to use. In every other studio, you’ll find hooks and cubbies to stash your stuff. Just a heads up - we can’t take responsibility for anything that goes walkabout or gets damaged, so keep your valuables close.
Yep! Changing facilities are available in all our studios, and all studios have showers and towels except Camberwell, Deptford and St Paul's.
We’ve got you. There are body towels available at all our studios except Camberwell, Deptford and St Paul's (which don't have showers), and sweat towels are available at our Brixton studio only.
Hairdryers/Straighteners are available at the Blackhorse Road, Brixton, De Beauvoir, East Dulwich, East Village, Peckham, St Paul’s and Wandsworth studios.
There are water fountains, so bring your bottle (saving the planet one plastic bottle at a time).
We do protein shakes on pre-order at our Brixton studio - perfect post-class. No snacks (yet) at any of our studios, but we know where the good stuff is nearby.

Some of our studios currently involve stairs - Brixton, De Beavoir, East Village and Wandsworth. The ones that don’t have any stairs are Blackhorse Road, Brockley, Camberwell, Deptford, East Dulwich, Peckham and St Paul’s. If you’ve got specific access needs, drop us a line - we’ll do everything we can to help.
There’s no bike parking on site, but all of our studios are in the middle of neighbourhoods that have bike parking nearby. Lock it up and come get moving.

No, only people that are booked into the class can come. We love kids and dogs, but sadly not in the studio.
If you’ve already been doing Reformer, you might be able to keep going - but there are a few things to note:
First trimester: If you’re already moving regularly, you can keep it up with care.
Second trimester: Stick with instructors who know your body. FOUNDATION classes are best. ADVANCED classes are off-limits.
Third trimester: Only FOUNDATION classes with instructors you’ve worked with - or book a 1:1 session.
Never done Pilates before? Pregnancy isn’t the time to start. But we’ve got Postnatal sessions waiting for you when you’re ready.
THE CONCEPTS
Reformer Pilates is our bread and butter - low impact, high results. Using the Reformer machine, you’ll build core strength, improve mobility, and get a full-body workout that’s surprisingly addictive. We run four styles:
FOUNDATION, REFORMER, ADVANCED, and POSTNATAL. Each one has its own rhythm, but they all bring serious stretch.
If you’re new to Reformer or new to LevelOut, we recommend starting with at least one FOUNDATION class - but trust us, three is the sweet spot. It’s the best way to get comfy on the machine, learn the basics properly, and set yourself up with good habits. Already got a strong movement background (think yoga, mat Pilates, or dance)? Have a chat with us - we’ll help you figure out the best starting point.
This one moves fast and hits hard. A sweaty combo of high-rep resistance work and cardio intervals using our Ski Ergs and Assault Bikes.
Equal parts strength, stamina, and mental grit - designed to build:
• Cardiovascular endurance
• Muscular endurance
• That just-did-something-great feeling
Expect partner or small group formats to keep the energy high.
Big lifts. Solid foundations. These full-body strength sessions focus on building muscle, supporting joint health, and improving recovery time. You’ll move through:
• Heavy compound lifts
• Smart accessory work
• An erg finisher to wrap things up
Expect to leave feeling stronger, steadier, and smug in the best way.
Yes - with care. Let your trainer know what's going on and they’ll help you modify where needed. You move at your own risk, but we’re always here to help you move safely.
Your weekend mash-up.
The best bits of LO STRENGTH + LO ENDURANCE in one mighty session. Big lifts, fast finishers, and teamwork that keeps you moving. Every week brings something new - but you’ll always walk out feeling like a legend.
Expect a mix of partner and group work. Bring your A-game (and maybe a mate).
Sunday strength with a twist.
This is hypertrophy heaven - a triple-set system designed to push your muscles (and your mind). You’ll go:
• Heavy set
• Medium set
• Light set (more reps, longer time, deeper burn)
Designed to spike your heart rate, build endurance, and finish your weekend strong. Advanced format, but open to anyone up for the challenge.

BUYING STUFF
Any REFORMER class, any STRENGTH & ENDURANCE class - your pack, your call. Just book in and get moving.
They don’t. Packs refresh monthly and can’t carry over, so make the most of them while they last.
Just drop us an email at hello@levelout.co.uk with 4 weeks’ notice. You’ll still have full access until the end of that period.
Yes - you can hit pause for 2 weeks per year in one go. Handy for holidays or life stuff.
You can pause for up to 2 weeks, twice a year. Need more time? You’ll need to cancel your membership and rejoin when you’re ready.
When we hit pause, everything on your account (credits, bookings, payments) is frozen until you’re back. Don’t worry - we’ll adjust your credit expiry and any upcoming payments once you’re active again.
We’re confident you’ll love what we offer - so there’s no minimum term, unless stated otherwise by our team.
Absolutely. Hen dos, team bonding, birthday workouts - you name it. Email privates@levelout.co.uk and we’ll help set it up.
A class pack is pay-as-you-go. Use it whenever (before it expires).
A recurring pack is a monthly payment and gives you monthly sessions on repeat. No rollovers, but you get better value, and member perks.

Credits are for solo use only. If someone else wants to join the fun, they’ll need their own account - and you can always help them book and buy if needed.
Our intro offer is just for first-timers - one-time use, one studio only. Once you grab it, you’ll need to use your classes within the time given (no rolling over, sorry!). It's the perfect way to dip your toe (or dive right in).
If you’re on a recurring package, you’ve got 38 days to use your credits - even though your plan renews every 30 days. That 8-day crossover gives you a little breathing room to book ahead if you haven’t quite used up your last batch (heads up: the 38-day window only applies to recurring packages).
LATENESS AND CANCELLATIONS
We run a zero-lateness policy - for your safety and out of respect for the people in the room. Doors close when class starts, so aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and set up.
If something's gone wrong and you're turned away, email us and we'll try to help!
Cancel more than 12 hours before class - you're all good, no charge.
Cancel within 12 hours - you’ll lose the credit and a £10 fee will be added to your account.
No show - that’s a £20 fee and lose class credit.
What we don’t charge no show fees for: Postnatal course, single credits, intro offer.
We don’t offer refunds, but if something’s gone wrong, email us and we’ll try to help.
