I am a Reformer and Mat Pilates teacher, personal trainer, and professional dancer from South East London. I was introduced to movement from a young age, and Pilates became a hugely important part of my Classical Ballet training. I love Pilates not only for its many physical benefits, but also for the way it helps me maintain a happy and calm mindset.
My favourite part about teaching is seeing how a little progress every day can add up to big results. In my classes, you can expect a calm and welcoming approach to movement to help build strength and awareness of the body - mixed with a few spicy moves and challenging holds!
