Annabel Roberts

As an experienced performer both in London’s West End and abroad, my love for Reformer Pilates began initially through my own means of injury prevention and rehabilitation after a back injury. From that, I grew to love what the reformer had to offer in terms of both fitness and wellbeing, and I now balance teaching across a range of studios in London with my performing career simultaneously. My classes focus on form and alignment, using a hands-on approach to create safe and dynamic workouts for all levels, including pre- and postnatal clients. I'm  passionate about working with people and driven by the desire to show them the benefits that Reformer Pilates can bring to their lives – both physically and mentally.
