Having trained as a dancer from a young age movement has always been a big part of my life. After graduating, I re-fell in love with this type of movement and decided to train as an instructor. In my classes expect a full body approach with a focus on the pilates principles to truly connect mind and body. My aim is to show that movement, although sometimes challenging can be genuinely fun, always trying my best to cater to all clients so that everyone leaves feeling supported, encouraged and empowered!
