Fabiana Osborne

I started practicing Pilates as a teenager in Bento Gonçalves, in southern Brazil. In my 20s, I moved to Europe, bringing my love of Pilates with me. After living in several cities, I eventually settled in London in 2010. My teaching style is gentle but with purpose—dynamic, challenging,  and hands-on. I focus on correcting posture and alignment, with an emphasis on breath, control, and precision. My aim is for people to leave my classes feeling proud of how far they pushed themselves and excited for the next one.
The benefits of movement as therapy are something I’ve experienced firsthand. I firmly believe that exercise helped me cope both mentally and physically during my own cancer treatment, and it’s what inspired me to specialise in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation.
