Hi everyone! I’m Katie! I’ve been a dancer since I was three years old and have always expressed myself through movement. When I first started pilates I completely feel in love with the method as it gave me the chance to continue to express myself through movement in my adult life in a similar way that dance did. What to expect when you come to my classes? I love sticking to the fundamentals of Pilates while adding a little fun flare.
